Head of International Business
Sebastien has a Master’s degree in Engineering from the École Nationale Superieure d’Arts et Metiers in Paris and an MBA from the University of Aix-en-Provence. He firmly believes innovation in the global energy and technology sectors will enable the world’s energy transition for the benefit of all.
He began his career at Framatome and GE Energy, gaining solid experience in engineering, product, and project management. At GE, he held management positions, including CEO of Thermodyn and Vice-President Global Account. He was most recently Chief Commercial Officer of Baker Hughes’ digital division, leading the development of enterprise software and AI solutions for the energy sector’s digital transformation. He then served as COO of Maillance, a deeptech energy startup, and later became CEO of Mersys, an Edtech company operating in emerging countries.
Currently, he is the Senior Vice-President, Head of International Business at Voltalis overseeing the company’s global expansion strategies. Based in Paris, he has been with Voltalis since October 2023, driving business growth and market presence outside of France.
