Segment and Product Manager, Buildings as a Grid approach
Richard ter Horst is Segment & Product Manager, Benelux, for Eaton’s Buildings as a Grid approach. Richard has worked for Eaton for 19 years
and his expertise is in Power Management & Power Distribution. In his roles within Eaton Electrical, Richard has gained a lot of experience
and contributed to the accumulation of knowledge and new developments in the market. He has helped many business, and building owners, to
meet complicated energy challenges by applying the Buildings as a Grid approach to create sustainable and future-proof infrastructures. Working
closely with customers, he ensures that the approach taken always fits the needs of the company and their building.
As a conceptual thinker, he also likes to discuss energy-efficient buildings, building physics, insulation, ventilation, etc. out of personal
interest: “Creating sustainable and working solutions with customers makes my work at Eaton a fulfilling journey,” he says.
