Head of Energy and Networks Futures   Vandeburie Julien holds a PhD in Sciences form ULB (2007).  He works for nearly 20 years in different fields and employers related to energy policy.  He began to work for RESA as Regulatory Affairs & Energy Scenarios Manager. He is now head of Energy and Networks Futures.
