Overseeing international matters, drugs and other goods, safety issues, technology and innovation, and information technologies, he launched the first nationwide medical smart card program in Europe and helped create the Food and Drug Administration in France.

In 1997, he becomes a technology broker in the field of information technologies, designing and launching innovations based on partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing SMEs before joining the founding team of Voltalis in 2006 as their first Chairman and CEO. Since 2013, he has represented Voltalis and handled all regulatory affairs.
