Project Delivery Manager
Leire Ruiz Estebanez is the Project Delivery Manager for Local Energy Markets (LEM) at EPEX SPOT. She leads key flexibility market projects, particularly in collaboration with UK Power Networks, ensuring alignment with EPEX SPOT’s strategic objectives. Leire oversees the product backlog and roadmap of the Localflex platform, streamlines project timelines, and plays an active role in both commercial, operational and technical workstreams, including tender processes and cost negotiations. As a Flex Ambassador, she represents EPEX SPOT at industry events, strengthening brand visibility and stakeholder relations. With a background in engineering and a Master’s in Management and Information Systems from Cranfield University, she brings experience from both large enterprises and startups across the energy sector.
