Vice President of International Growth
Eleonore Glendinning is an accomplished energy sector leader with over 20 years of experience across the energy, IT, and environmental sectors, working across public and private initiatives. Based in Edinburgh, Eleonore has been with Voltalis since May 2019. In her current role serving as Vice President of International Growth, Eleonore spearheads the company’s expansion across multiple countries, guiding teams through the pilot-to-industrialisation phase and overseeing solutions development for diverse energy markets.
With a strong track record in international project delivery, regulatory engagement, and strategic growth, Eleonore has previously led Voltalis’ UK operations, where she managed high-impact projects as Head of Voltalis UK. She was instrumental in government and industry engagement and the rollout of the technology in both the UK and Finland, while also contributing to cross-departmental collaboration and market strategy. Her earlier experience includes roles in various public and private sector roles, including at Cognis (now BASF) and the Met Office.
