Dolf Andringa is CTO of WePositive, where he leads the development of pioneering technology for hyperlocal flexibility and energy sharing. He previously worked with Glacier Grid in Silicon Valley, and with Scene and Zuos in the UK, gaining hands-on experience in both innovative energy startups and practical energy communities. With a strong background in software engineering, IoT and systems design, Dolf now drives WePositive’s mission to unlock flexibility in the “capillaries” of the grid by coordinating assets such as heat pumps, EV chargers, and home batteries. He is also an active contributor to the S2 standard, building the foundations for open and collaborative energy management across Europe.
